St Martins is a mainly residential area located towards the foot of Christchurch’s Port Hills. Ideal for anyone who enjoys the outdoors, particularly walking, running or biking. The suburb does include some elevated properties with views of the city, and has the Heathcote River winding through it. Some parts of St Martins are included in the Cashmere High School zone.

Location: Is an inner suburb of Christchurch, south of the city centre.
