City

Christchurch is a beautiful city particularly in spring, when the blossoms around Hagley Park and public gardens are in full flower. The Neo-Gothic buildings of the Arts Centre, Museum and Christ’s College add a unique flavour and character to the central city, while the boutique shops and cafes of Victoria Street, High Street and Cashel Mall all offer something different from the numerous suburban shopping malls.
