In fact, tenants often ask us to manage their properties when they become investors themselves, as they are aware of the high standards we maintain.
How to rent a property with Cowdy & Company
- Check our rental listings pages and identify which homes interest you.
- Phone or come into the Cowdy & Company office. Our helpful staff will arrange an appointment for you to view the property you are interested in. You will need to fill in an Application Form and provide photo ID. This form is available below, you may wish to fill out the form before coming to the office. No cost is involved at this stage.
- Having viewed the property, let our staff know if you wish to apply to rent the property. Each interested applicant is credit checked and required to provide references.
- If you are successful, Cowdy & Company’s policy is to require three to four weeks rent as bond. We also charge a letting fee of one week’s rental plus GST. Rent is payable in advance, usually on a weekly/fortnightly basis by automatic payment.
