Beginning his Real Estate career back in 1972, Trevor Wright has sold everything from subdivisions to 10,000-acre farms.
“I have a lot of experience in real estate, I used to specialise in Fendalton and Merivale properties, but I’ve been involved in a lot more farm and ranch estates recently,” says Trevor.
Trevor has a wide ranging client base covering merchant bankers in Wellington, and American land developers from Florida, to English grain farmers and, of course, Kiwi farmers.
Trevor has previously worked in the New Zealand and Australian finance industry, which has given him experience he believes is beneficial for the real estate market.
“It really helps knowing how to finance properties, it helps in selling because I know the processes people have to go through,” Says Trevor.
Outside of working, Trevor likes mountain biking, boating and skiing, but his real passion is travel.
‘I’ve traveled extensively through Southern Africa, Canada, USA & Europe. My next goal is to go visit rural farms in South America.”
