Cowdy & Company is a trusted, widely recognised name among real estate companies in Christchurch. Founded in 1979 by Andrew Cowdy, we have historically specialised in the city’s north-west suburbs, and over the years have developed a strong property management team, as well as a specialist commercial real estate division.
We now have residential listings over the greater Christchurch area and commercial property listings throughout the South Island, but Christchurch and Canterbury remains our core business focus.
We remain a privately owned family business, with the strength of the New Zealand Realtor Network behind us.
